Donation-based class + masks required. This class is centered towards creating an affirming and inclusive space for queer and gender non-conforming individuals. Come as you are- this class is for feeling movement in your body, building gentle strength, and being in community. Maybe it's your first yoga class or your 100th, you're in the right place! Each class may include aspects of a small optional sharing circle or a short creative activity, and plenty of time to be present and to honor your unique body.
