Simple loosening practices improve blood circulation and joint mobility and will give you a refreshing effect preparing you for meditation. It is safe and everybody can practice. This Chair Yoga and Meditation Event is for everyone (Beginners and Experienced alike). Please join us every Sunday at 9 am.
Please arrive 10 min before the session start time so that you will have enough time to locate the room in the school building and get settled.
The first half of the session is focused on Chair Yoga where we will practice simple asanas on a chair. Then the second half is reserved for Heartfulness Meditation.
