Description

This unique experience combines agricultural education, cooking lessons, and nutrition awareness in a camp-like setting for children ages 5 - 12 to improve develop positive life skills training and improve access to food. All classes and materials are provided by Suncoast Credit Union and Daystar Life Center. Children also receive a home kitchen tool kit, a recipe book, and a garden kit to grow healthy food at home. Please register in advance. Class size is limited. Children must be accompanied by their parent, grandparent, or guardian.
