Join us on Friday, May 19th as Keep Pinellas Beautiful, Tampa Bay Waterkeepers, and Freedom Boat Club host a coffee and conversation on the ecological benefits of Eco Friendly Boating. A light breakfast will be provided. (KPB) was founded in 1992 as a volunteer-based, 501(c)3 environmental nonprofit. As Pinellas County's local Keep America Beautiful affiliate, our mission is to conserve and beautify the natural environment by means of community engagement and education. We work with governments, businesses, schools, fellow nonprofits, and neighborhood organizations to tackle tough issues such as illegal dumping, roadway litter, pollution, urban runoff, and fulfilling the need for more healthy green spaces. Through collaborations with partnering groups and volunteers we can truly leave lasting impacts on our community and our natural habitat while creating cleaner, greener, and more beautiful communities. Tampa Bay Waterkeeper is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization working to improve, protect, and preserve Tampa Bay’s watershed through citizen engagement and community action rooted in sound science and research. Tampa Bay Waterkeeper is dedicated to ensuring fishable, swimmable, and drinkable water for all. TBWK's mission is to protect everyone’s right to clean water by working collaboratively with citizens, local organizations, businesses and governments to safeguard our coastal and inland waters using the law, science and community action. Freedom Boat Club – the world’s largest members-only boat club – was founded in 1989 in Sarasota, Florida.
