THROWDOWN CATERING, HEART STATE BREWING and NOBLE CUT DISTILLERY are partnering up to bring you, your family, (and your dogs), a day of great food, local draft & cocktails, live music and more! Join us for a Memorial Weekend "Food is Love" Barbeque Throwdown featuring Chef Jake and Chef Ben preparing their full Backyard BBQ menus complete with slow smoked meats and the best of sides! BUFFET OPEN: 3:00 - 7:00 pm With a BUFFET TICKET, you'll get to try BOTH menus, plus vote for your favorite! YOU get to choose the "Best Chef" of the event! Free giveaways will be given out for voting, so have fun with it! For an additional $5 you'll get one drink of choice in addition to the Buffet. THE MENU: - Slow smoked pulled pork and chicken - Five-cheese mac - Creamy apple slaw - Sweet corn pudding - Momma's green beans - Roasted cheesy potatoes - Bacon cinnamon rolls A portion of all proceeds will go to MISSON 22.
