Description

We will meet at MacDill AFB between 9-9:45AM for security clearance. Please arrive on time as Dr. Hudson will have to be present for us to be cleared by security. Once cleared we will drive to the beach entrance. Please bring your personal beach gear and also a wagon if needed, as the beach is a bit of a walk from the parking lot. Staff members are being assigned with what to bring to contribute, and it needs to be brought to the war room no later than 5/31 so it can be packed and taken to the beach. We also have the option of booking hotel stay at MacDill for $145, please be sure to specify when registering if you will need accommodation, money is due on the day of 6/3 for hotel when you check in. But we need to reserve your room ahead of time thank you!
