Vinyasa Yoga is a flow-based practice that synchronizes breath with dynamic movements. It consists of Sun Salutations, warrior poses, and long-held restorative stretching at the end of class. It can help increase flexibility, strength, balance, calmness, and focus. All levels are welcome! Emily is a certified Yoga and Pilates teacher who has a passion for teaching mindful movement and breathwork. Her classes are designed to help people access the flow state and discover energetic alignment from within. She encourages students to breathe intentionally and listen to the wisdom of the body. Yoga has taught her how to find peace within the chaos of the world we live in. It has shown her light where there was darkness, helping her move through grief and live life with less pain. She is a forever student of Yoga therapy, Ayurveda, astrology, and holistic healing. In her free time, she enjoys backpacking, sport climbing, traveling the world, and spending time alone in nature.
