Thank you for your interest in volunteering at Half Moon Farm. WE COUNT ON COMMITMENTS, we're aware this is free help, and we also are hella bummed when volunteers don't show and we've organized to get work done! Please be sure to put this in your calendars. Please, please, please be sure that the time you have offered matches with the time you can commit. Said with much care! We're a unique fresh cut flower and vegetable farm, offering retail and wholesale florals as well as herbs, edbiles, and medicinals from all around the world. This is a sacred space as its served as a cremation garden for over 200 folx as well. All training provided. Please PARK at 1575 Hoyt St (Colorado School of Trade) and walk to the farm. (1 minute walk). We have permission to park here, call me with any issues or concerns 720-254-2017. Tasks can Include: Weeding, trimming, netting of rows, planting, seeding, mulching, organizing, power washing, etc. BONUS: We'll send you home with goodies! Think ...food, flowers, seeds, knowledge, gardening support and earth advocacy facts. Plus I bet you have something to teach us! We're excited to learn with you.
