This month in celebration of motherly love join us to demonstrate our support for motherhood and the heart chakra of love as we pay homage to "the mom" in all of us. Healing your heart chakra is one of the most important steps you can take in your self-love journey. We are in such gratitude to have Where We Meet, Inc. to bring writing prompts to SheForce. Here is what to expect: • Discovering your heart chakra with journal prompts • Open and heal your body’s energy core • Inspire love, compassion, trust, understanding, peace and kindness • Release any self-criticism or self-judgment • Choosing self-compassion over self-criticism Previous writing experience is not necessary. Honor and heal your heart by exploring the emotional section of our wellness wheel relating it to writing for the soul! Wear GREEN to empower the energy of this section and .... SheForce "Happy Hour" will start one hour earlier than usual so please join us at NOON. We want to ensure ample time for exploring the heart and discussion. This is a light-hearted time to meet and greet, relax and transition into your time and space before the content teaching begins at 1300. At 1300, we will start our introductions, outline and powerpoint related to this topic. Bring your Tapestry of Wellness folders if you have one, the lessons continue as we all work to balance our wheels of life. We have our special guest speaker, Ms Zina a partner to Where we Meet founded by Army vet and SheForce member Nekohl! She has a request: come with an open mind and heart to address a topic, trigger or life issue you want to unblock, resolve and/or strengthen.
