Appetizers and Two Drink Tickets About Sheena Baker After purchasing her first home at the age of 19, years later she obtained her real estate license in 2006 as she wanted everyone to experience the benefits of home-ownership. Sheena has been a real estate investor, owning multiple units as well as servicing friends, church members, family, and new clients alike. Sheena is a full-time, full service Real Estate Agent with a personal slogan of: "Helping the Community Become Homeowners!" She is also a former President of Women’s Council of Realtors West Suburban Network. Currently, Sheena has four members of her team, The Sheena Baker Group, in addition to herself. The team is composed of an Office Manager, Client Care Coordinator, Buyers Specialist, Junior Broker and of course Sheena Baker as the Team Lead. Some of her greatest moments include being awarded in 2018 the QCAAC Aspiring Entrepreneur Award. In the years 2016, 2019, 2020, 2021 and 2022 she was featured in Chicago Agent Magazine Who’s Who. In 2020, she had the privilege of being featured on the cover of Chicago Agent Magazine Who’s Who. In 2022, The Sheena Baker Group was also awarded the Mainstreet Production Award for the 2021 calendar year, Top 3% Mid-Size Team Transactions, along with Chicago Association of Realtors Top Producing Team Award for 2022! Also in 2022, Sheena was an inductee into Compass Legends Society and recognized as one of Crain’s Notable Residential Real Estate Brokers. She also graced the cover of DuPage Real Producers magazine in 2022. About Carrie J. Little Carrie J. Little, is an active Licensed Real Estate Designated Managing Broker and Owner in Illinois and Florida. Carrie became a real estate agent because she felt that the process of purchasing a home had to be easier and available for all. She comes from the new construction space, As a licensee she has the privilege of being a contract trainer for Midwest Real Estate Data, one of the largest MLS companies in the U.S. She is actively involved in the local board as a Mainstreet Assocation of REALTORS director, Illinois REALTOR board director and N.A.R board director and prides herself with the ability to motivate agents to “figure out how to figure it out.” As a C.E instructor, trainer, keynote speaker she has educated over Ten Thousand agents, locally and nationally.   She recently had the opportunity to speak in the Canary Islands, Spain to educate agents while on a trade mission. Carrie was an early adopter of technology and social media which allows her to integrate technology into her training making it practical for every real estate audience. She previously produced television programming, worked for one of the largest Commercial Real Estate holders in the world and is driven to motivate others to reach their professional, personal goals and real estate dreams. She is an author, blogger, certified paralegal, holds a B.S in Business Administration and a M.S. in Digital Marketing and Analytics. She recently completed the Goldman Sachs 10ksb program and was awarded the MBE and WMBE certifications. Carrie and her Husband Marc renovate and flip homes and are owners of rental properties. They are both inspired to help others learn along with them as they grow their develops.
