Yoga Basics is a six-week series for anyone interested in learning the basics of yoga or looking to improve alignment and form, and better understand the importance of breath. Each week will include a slow flow with focus on specific poses, guidance on how to use props to support and enhance your practice, and time to connect with your breath. This class will have two yoga teachers so bring your questions! Wear comfortable clothing for yoga, bring a yoga mat and a water bottle.
