The Hero Foundation will be leading Heroes Cup, a charity soccer tournament to benefit The Napa Valley Education Foundation! Our goal for the tournament is to raise $5,000 for the Napa Valley Education Foundation. The tournament will have eight teams of ten players. Each team will play three games, and the two teams with the best records will compete for the Heroes Cup in the championship game! (Players must be at least 18 years of age). Players will receive jerseys with the Heroes Cup logo to play in to commemorate the tournament! The tournament will be held at Dodd Stadium on Justin Siena High School's campus (4026 Maher St, Napa, CA 94558). Ticket prices for participants will be $10, and tickets for fans will be $5 per person and $2 for fans under 12 years old. The Hero Foundation is looking for sponsors and volunteers for the tournament. Sponsors will have their business's logo placed on the front of jerseys. Age Restrictions: You must be 18 years or older to participate in the Heroes Cup tournament. By purchasing Heroes Cup tournament participant tickets, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older and you agree to be bound by this agreement. Fans and tournament viewers are not required to be above 18 years old. 2. Food and drink is available for purchase inside the event. Absolutely no outside food or alcoholic beverages allowed inside event grounds. Violation will result in ticket suspension and the individual being escorted out of the event. 3. It is your responsibility to check your tickets as, if you have made a mistake, it cannot always be rectified after purchase. Please check your Tickets on receipt carefully and contact a Hero Foundation Team member immediately if there is a mistake. 4. You must produce a valid ticket to gain access to Heroes Cup and you must keep possession of such ticket at all times during the event. Your ticket may be invalidated if any part of it is removed, altered or defaced. The Hero Foundation or Justin Siena High School or any Heroes Cup partners will not be responsible for any ticket that is lost, stolen or destroyed. Lost or forgotten wrist bands for 21+ guests will not be re issued. 5. You shall not bring all or any of the following into the Venue: (a) smoking materials, (b) laser pens, (c) animals (except guide dogs), (d) Your own food and drink, (e) bottles, cans or glass containers (unless permitted by the Hero Foundation Staff), (f) any item which may be interpreted as a weapon (including sharp or pointed objects such as knives), or (g) illegal substances. The Venue includes parking facilities, stadium facilities, and any other facilities on Justin-Siena High School's campus. Notwithstanding anything else in the conditions, neither The Hero Foundation nor Justin Siena High School or any Heroes Cup partners shall not be liable for any loss, theft or damage to confiscated items. 6. If the event is cancelled, rescheduled and you cannot or do not wish to attend the rescheduled event or where there is a material change to the program of the event, you will be entitled to a refund. Eventbrite processing fees are not refundable. 7. Silent auction items may not be used or consumed during the event. We reserve the right to remove any guests from the event that violate this condition. 8. Any person, other than The Hero Foundation Team Members and Justin Siena High School, who is not a party to the terms and conditions shall have no rights to enforce any term of the Terms and Conditions.
