Description

Vinyasa Yoga practice: Slow flow to deepen our posture and build strength. Followed by repeating those postures breath to movement to get your heart rate up. This is an all ages, all levels yoga practice. Difficulty sits somewhere between beginner and intermediate to get the heart rate going. We will end class in Savasana (corpse pose).
