CLASS BY ASSOCIATION offers cocktail enthusiasts an opportunity to delve deeper and refine their knowledge of cocktails. Classes explore bar basics, tools and techniques as well as individual spirits, their history and use in classic and contemporary cocktails. The Association hosts the one-hour class every Friday & Saturday from 8pm - 9pm. All classes are $45 per person and include: • 1-hour PRIVATE cocktail class • Tasting of 3-4 craft cocktails • Social Hours 9-10:30pm with special cocktail pricing For optimized enjoyment, we limit classes to 25 seats. Registration is required for participation. Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable for different dates. You don't have to watch or know the show to love these cocktails! FRIDAY 4/7 -- FIRE 🔥 Our most popular class, here we will show you the secrets of our famous old fashioned on fire, as well as other techniques to impress all your friends at your next party. We’ll bring the fire extinguishers. SATURDAY 4/8 -- EASTER COCKTAILS 🐣🌷 Heading to a family gathering or Easter Brunch this weekend? Learn about what makes these cocktails some of the favorites for the special occasion. FRIDAY 4/14 -- TEQUILA You've been drinking the wrong tequila, let us show you the way. Here we discuss the different aging processes and flavor profiles that makes this spirit one of the most popular in the world… and for good reason. SATURDAY 4/15-- COCKTAILS ACROSS AMERICA 🇺🇸 This class will take us from New Orleans, to New York to California and everywhere in between. Come taste the history of the US's expansive cocktail culture. FRIDAY 4/21 -- MEZCAL A look at our neighbor to the south and their amazing, artisanal, magical spirit of Mezcal (the origins of tequila), and all it's different varietals. SATURDAY 4/22 -- BARTENDERS CHOICE - Wanna know what we are drinking? (Off the clock of course) FRIDAY 4/28 -- BOURBON COCKTAILS We will explore the extensive world of bourbon cocktails -- indisputably our favorite spirit at The Association.. and you'll find out why during this class! SATURDAY 4/29 -- TIKI The origins of these “Island” style cocktails may surprise you. Come for the fresh flavors, stay for the rum… lots and lots of rum. MAY FRIDAY 5/5 -- CINCO DE MAYO (2 SESSIONS: 6PM & 8PM) 🇲🇽 Tequilas & Mezcal cocktails... this day does not need an explanation but it does need an extra celebration! So we will be offering 2 seatings, at 6:00pm and at 8:00pm. FRIDAY 5/19 -- RUM Arguably the most diverse spirit in the world, here we will explore all the different types of rum around the world, and their use in the vastly different cocktails that benefit and bloom from their every spice and nuance. SATURDAY 5/20 -- COCKTAILS AROUND THE WORLD 🌏 Think of it like a really cool foreign exchange program.
