Live Well, refresh and energize for the demands of life with Self-Care Saturday at 1440, a great opportunity to enjoy one of our popular teacher-led signature classes and refuel with a seasonal house-made juice blend formulated by our 1440 campus nutritionist. This week's class is a yoga stretch practice suitable for all levels. Whether you are a remote worker, a stay-at-home parent or a small team of colleagues seeking an immersive outing, Self-Care Saturday at 1440 provides a nourishing opportunity for a little you-time while connecting with others who share a hopeful and healthy like-heartedness. Time: 9:00-11:00 a.m. Self-Care Saturday Schedule: 9:00 a.m.: Arrival & Registration9:30-11:00 a.m.: Yoga Stretch Class with 1440 Experience Instructor (all skill levels welcome)11:00 a.m.: Seasonal House-Made Juice Blends & DeparturesPrice: $40 per person, includes a nutritious house-made juice blend Event Notes: This class starts at 9:30 a.m., and guests may check into campus up to 30 minutes before to enjoy our Lodge Retail Shop, Bridge of Intentions and Common Grounds Patio. This is an indoor event, held in one of our ventilated classroom spaces.We recommend that you wear comfortable clothing that allows you to freely move, and bring a light jacket or layers as temperatures may be cooler beneath our redwood canopies. 1440 will provide any equipment or props required for this class; you are also welcome to bring your own.Reusable water bottles are welcome -- filtered water stations are available throughout campus.This is an 18-and-over event.
