Explore Kansas City with Dr. Dyer on a beautiful evening bike ride! Cycling can support mental well-being, strengthen your immune system, and even help you maintain a healthy weight. This casual 10-mile ride will begin and end in the parking lot of Embassy Suites near KCI airport at 7640 NW Tiffany Springs Pkwy, Kansas City, MO 64153. This community bike ride is open to all ages and is a "no cyclist left behind" ride. Be sure to bring plenty of water, a helmet, and wear comfortable clothing and shoes.
