Gentle Flow Yoga is geared specifically toward those new to yoga or those who are interested in a gentle practice. This class incorporates simple flowing sequences to warm up the body, as well as slower-paced movements focusing on building alignment, strength, balance, and flexibility. The class will be followed by a guided meditation and time to connect to get to know your neighbors!
This class is open to all levels including beginners. Rest and modifications are always available. Space is limited, be sure to register in advance!
What to bring: yoga mat (and any props to make your practice more comfortable if you have or want them - though they aren’t required. The floor is cement if you want to bring an extra mat, we will have a few to share).
