In honor of Mother's Day and Maternal Health Month, join The Midwife Center and New Voices for Reproductive Justice in a ceremony of solidarity and support for Black mothers and birthing people! A small, intimate affair, ImPREGnable will be supported by community organizations focused on the wellbeing of Pittsburgh's Black birthing people, who will be available as resources during the event. There will be opportunities to win amazing raffle items, and everyone will leave with something! Specific to those who identify as Black, ImPREGnable will hold space for the unique realities, joys, and worries of pregnancy, birth, and parenthood for the Black community in the greater Pittsburgh region.
