Led by renowned JetSet instructor, Bea Quintero, you'll start with a dynamic Pilates workout to strengthen and tone the body, and then plunge into a rejuvenating breathwork and ice bath experience led by Wim Hof certified instructor, Christopher Harrington. Afterward, hang out and connect with the Hi Vibe community while enjoying B12 shots, refreshments, light bites, and goodies. About Your Pilates Teacher A teacher of Pilates and yoga, Bea sees movement as a method to release and uplift, and her mission is to help others share in this experience. She strives to empower others to access their inner and outer strength to raise their vibration. She uses the power of music and sound to take you to new physical and emotional heights with movement as your vehicle. About Your Wim Hof Instructor Christopher Harrington is a world-leading meditation coach and breathwork guide. Christopher lived years meditating with monks and has trained with the world's most respected meditators. He is also a cold water/ice bath therapist and a certified Wim Hof Method instructor, having trained multiple times and even lived with the Iceman himself. Above all, he is a passionate happiness expert and depression healer, using effective and practical techniques to help others heal depression and experience natural joy. Christopher naturally inspires others by living the practice that he teaches and radiating genuine good vibes. What To Bring Please bring a bathing suit, towel, and yoga mat. There will be a place to change before the ice baths. You will be gifted a cozy TLF apparel sweatshirt, perfect for warming up after the cold plunge. Water will be provided by Liquid Death. We will email you additional details! Parking The Carillon Resort will be offering $10 valet to all attendees for your convenience. Street parking is also available nearby.
