Crafternoon is a guided, themed, creative reuse craft activity with materials provided! Guests are welcome to make and take home as many creations as they would like. We've got a two-theme Crafternoon this weekend! For some, Mother's Day is a joyous, celebratory day to spend quality time with your beloved maternal figure, so at SCRAP this weekend duos like that will be able to decorate treasures and make art with (and for) one another! Then, for others—including people without moms or people with a complicated parental relationship—we offer a different theme: tulips! Come celebrate the gorgeous spring flower this weekend with a variety of tulipy crafts! (Not that we need a justification, but according to certain sources of ours, May 13th is "Tulip Day." Maybe it's unverified, but we'll take it). 🌷 To reserve your spot/seats in before the event, tickets can be purchased in advance through Eventbrite for a slight discount ($7.50 plus fees). SCRAP prioritizes access to affordable art materials and expressions, so if the ticket price poses a hardship, please donate whatever you can through the donation ticket type on Eventbrite. Please feel free to call the store (503-294-0769) on the day of the event if you have any questions. All event ticket sales are final and non-refundable. If you cannot make it to the event, please feel free to send a friend in your place. If you are unable to do that, we still cannot refund your ticket, but you could think of your payment as supporting our SCRAPpy little creative reuse non-profit!
