Come meet with Builders personally and see homes in different phases of construction – from foundation, to framing to finished! The actual builders will be present to answer your questions and educate you on each step of the process so you can better educate your buyers and give them other avenues to purchase in this LOW inventory market. The idea for this event came from speaking to agents that were nervous or scared to introduce their buyers to new construction for fear of losing value or not knowing how to guide their clients. We are hoping agents will walk away from this event feeling EMPOWERED and less reserved with selling new construction. Right now with the lack of inventory new construction is an important tool to get people in homes! It’s good for your clients and good for your business!
