Description
We'll be hiking/walking some of the trails at Seward Park, which has a mix of paved and dirt/gravel trails. The park is in the south end of Seattle, right on on Lake Washington. This is a fairly easy hike with views of the lake and tall trees (and possibly some bald eagles and blue herons!).
We welcome all fitness levels to join us; the goal is to enjoy the journey, we are never in a race! And if you don't think of yourself as "outdoorsy" you're in the right place!
We'll meet near the Audubon Center where we will get to know each other a bit, then begin our walk with an intention or reflection question. At some point during our hike, we'll pause to sit, meditate and/or journal, and connect with each other.
