It’s the perfect way to decompress from the workday, or even to get out and about after a long day at home. Nikki will lead you through an hour-long session that will focus on a mindful sequence of movement and meditation in an accessible way. Perfect for everyone from beginners to master yogis.
This class takes place on the grass. We recommend bringing a yoga mat or towel.
