Breathwork is a form of meditation, embodiment, and somatic self-healing that has been practiced since ancient times.
This particular technique facilitates the release of stuck energies, alleviating chronic mental and physical stress, anxiety, and pain. A single session can involve the resolution of current issues, processing of old trauma, release of stuck energies, powerful ‘downloads’, recovery of lost memories, visionary experiences, feelings of deep peace, and more.
It is normal to experience a wide range of sensations and emotions . This will be a safe space for whatever may arise.
