Description

Start your Memorial Day Weekend on a musical note with acclaimed psychedelic rock band Blac Rabbit. Fronted by twin brothers Rahiem and Amiri Taylor, New York-based Blac Rabbit rose to fame in part by their appearances on the Ellen show and their soul, rock and pop sound is inspired in large part by The Beatles. The Taylor twins also recorded a cover of “Michelle” by The Beatles for a Gucci ad campaign featuring Harry Styles. Their first single, "Seize the Day" landed on Spotify’s esteemed “Modern Psychedelia” playlist. Enjoy unique, acoustic arrangements of classic Beatles songs.  Doors open at 7PM for cocktails and refreshments. While attending high school they learned how to play guitar, write songs and also taught themselves how to produce music, taking particular inspiration from the soul, rock and pop they listened to during their childhood, with The Beatles being the highest on their list. In Late 2017 the duo released their first self-titled EP "Blac Rabbit". The duo performed, produced, and mixed the album themselves along with the help of live drummer Patrick Jones, who provided drum performances on two of the six tracks on the album. That combined with a few television appearances garnered them a lot of attention and their fan base began to grow. The group are now currently in the process of recording their first studio album "Interstella", set to release in 2022.
