Set Up (10 mins): Review Agenda, Select Meeting Facilitator, Scribe, & Timekeeper. Brief Intros: 1) Name, 2) How long you’ve lived in Berkshires, 3) Two Things You’re Grateful for, including 1 thing you've done for Q-MoB in the last month? 2. Outreach Team (15 mins): How can we staff all the local pride events? Who could lead our Social Media Campaign to promote our events/groups? Who could handle media relations? Who would like to research community resources & reach out to other queer organizations in the region to see if they would swap weblinks & possibly collaborate in our promoting their events & vice versa. 3. Program Team (20mins): Can all groups schedule next month’s events before the 21st of the previous month, so we can put out one email before the end of the month about the next month’s events? Can we standardize event attendance forms & photos & photo releases at our events? Who would like to lead our Program Team to identify & empower Group Co-Facilitators, survey our members about what kinds of programs they want & are willing to lead, & to assure our values are consistently applied at events. Who else would like to help our Group Facilitators feel empowered & honored for their service. 4. Diversity Team (15 mins): Who would like to join & lead our Diversity Team to help assure we effectively engage groups of queer men who are often left out because of isolation &/or various forms of oppression, such as because of age, race, ethnicity, education, income, ability, etc. 5. Organizational Development & Fundraising Team (15 mins): Who could lead & join the team seeking our non-profit fiscal sponsor, organizational incorporation, & beginning to create a fundraising strategy & team to invest in diversity & equity (so no one is turned away for lack of funds from our programs)? Who can do grant research for information & referral database, website directory, & info phone line. Who could take on corporate giving & sponsorship program for queer-affirming businesses. 6. Web/IT Team (15 mins: How are we doing with integrating QuickBooks, Stripe Donation Procesing Little Green Light and thank you & engagement of donors and potential donors. 7. Board of Directors (15 mins): Board reports & next steps for recruiting unfilled vacancies: positions: 1) President, 2) Interim Executive Director, 3) Vice-President/ Program Coordinator (support program co-facilitators & assure we have quality programs), 3) Treasurer (help create budget, track income & expenses, & make regular financial reports), 4) Secretary/Archivist, 5) Web/IT Team Coordinator, 6) Diversity Team Coordinator, 7) Development Team Coordinator, 8) Outreach Team Coordinator, 9) Quality Assurance Coordinator/Ombudsman/Leadership Recruiter. Shall the Board meet once a month (3rd Sundays) & 5 Leadership Teams also meet once a month at times convenient for their members? Favor meeting in person, rather than videochat going forward, but offering hybrid meetings for those who must meet via videochat? 8. Review (5 mins): Review who promised to do what when, when & next meeting date & time
