This group will build a container and safe space for our souls, our true essence to shine. We will breathe light and love into the many parts of ourselves that perhaps haven't felt such warmth in a long time. We will let go of limiting beliefs that don't serve us anymore and most of all, to rebuild a love and trust with ourselves.
A few things to keep in mind and what to bring along.
1) Please bring a yoga mat to lay on (yes, we will be laying down for the session) or you can bring a thick blanket instead.
2) Eat an hour or two before the session, this way you won’t be breathing on a full stomach nor hungry when we begin. Light refreshments will be served afterwards.
3) Extra blanket (optional and recommended)
4) Loose/comfortable clothing ( layers are a great way as your body temperature may change through the session)
5) An eye mask (optional)
6) An open mind and heart
Schedule:
5- 5:10 arrival
5:10 - 5:25 - opening circle
5:25 - 6:10 pm - breathing
6:10 - 6:30 - closing circle/ refreshments/ hang
Please arrange to be at the location on time to respect the container.
