MetCon HIIT at 10 am:
This is a 60-minute total body, metabolic conditioning class. With the Workout of the Day you will combine movements using kettlebells, battle ropes, TRX, medicine balls, Assault equipment and more, as you move through this high intensity circuit. MetCon HIIT is sure to build stamina, cardiovascular endurance, and comradery in this fun group setting.
Mobility Flow at 11 am:
This is a yoga-inspired flow focused on stretching your muscles to restore your body. Take your body through multiple mobility movements to recover your muscles.
12 pm: Coffee mixer
All event proceeds will be donated to the YMCA Black and Latino Achievers Program.
