Age RestrictionsFor ages 18 & up DescriptionWake your family with the aroma of freshly baked, buttery croissants from your own oven.  You'll practice the classic French techniques for making these flakey rich pastries.  In this 5-hour class, you will create croissant dough as well as puff pastry and then produce a variety of treats with the doughs.  For ages 18 & up.  Each attendee must purchase a ticket. MenuCroissant au Beurre (Classic Butter Croissant) Almond Croissant Pain au Chocolat (Chocolate Croissant)  Ham & Cheese Croissants  Blitz Puff Pastry Chaussons (Apple Turnovers) Safety & Precautions At check-in, you will be asked to sign a waiver before entering the Cooking School. For that reason, we ask that all attendees arrive at least 5 minutes prior to the confirmed start time of the class. Some COVID-related restrictions may apply.
