This two hour roundtable discussion is designed to help ministry leaders reflect on their own well-being and share ideas and resources to stay healthy in ministry. Light breakfast and plenty of coffee provided. The sessions is lead by Brittany Wayman, Staff Coach with Youth for Christ and Connections Director at Mercy Road Northwest, along with Evan McBroom, Founder and Executive Director of Teamness. Brittnay and Evan both have a heart for ministry leaders - for their well-being, for work/home balance and their ability to serve with passion, joy and longevity. While together with their spouses on a weekend retreat, Brittnay and Evan pondered the idea of collaborating on an event to support and encourage ministry leaders. This is that event!
