For this weekend only we are gathering Saturday morning vs. Sunday morning. I'm so excited to be doing something fun. I'm partnering with Dunkin to offer a lil more party flavor and fun. We'll have donuts, coffee and raffling off some gift bags (your raffle entry is included with your attendence and payment for the yoga). Happy Mother's Day! AND… if you want to bring your kids…bring ‘em. Kids are free. They are invited to join in on yoga or, if you feel comfortable, they can hang out at a table and watch their device. I don’t want an issue with child care to be a barrier for you not to be there. Important to note: this is not kid yoga. This is for you but kids, although always welcome, are especially invited to share this time, if you want that bonding time with them like this. Use your best judgement . I’m a parent too, I get it. About the yoga: Awesome group. You’re in good hands, I promise 😉 1 hr of yoga. All levels welcome. It's a very chill group and very chill class. We have a really cool thing going. New people come each week, so if you’re new or just trying it out, you’re not alone Cost is $15 (includes yoga and one drink) Rsvps are encouraged, but Walk-ins are welcome (we'll squeeze you in if we have room).
