Join us for a one hour session of all things pitching! We will be covering mechanics, drill work and warm ups, mental approach and more! Session One will be targeted towards our beginner to intermediate level pitchers. We will be covering mechanics and drill work and going over the basics. Session Two will be targeted towards our intermediate to advanced level pitchers - age does not matter, this is moreso determined based on ability and experience. This session will also be geared towards mechanics and drill work while also diving into pitch locations and offspeed pitches. We will be finishing each session going over how to create a pitching routine and workouts that will continue their development throughout the course of the season. Please be sure to bring your own catcher and ball to pitch with. Should there be inclement weather, all orders will be refunded.
