Whether you’re a seasoned Property Management professional, or wishing to expand your PM business to service Resident Owned Community Co-ops (ROCs) – this Lunch and Learn is for you!
There are 146 ROC Co-ops in NH with more than 8800 units (households), and ROCs are regularly looking to build relationships with Property Managers – critical to the success of their communities.
ROC-NH, a program of the New Hampshire Community Loan Fund, provides technical assistance and training to emerging and existing ROC co-ops. We believe that for communities to thrive, a strong relationship must be forged with Full Service Management, Property Management, or Financial Management.
This training is FREE and we’ll provide lunch. You will have an opportunity to connect with other PM professionals currently working with ROCs, as well.
