What is Boxing 'N Brews?
- Boxing HIIT Power Hour workout followed by a much needed opportunity to unwind with an awesome tap selection by House of Hops!
- 60 min workout run by the Cary and Raleigh trainers!
- 13 min cardio based warmup, 8 three minute "rounds" (stations), finishing with 13 min of core work.
-The Power 60 workout is an authentic full-body boxing workout that challenges your body, clears your mind and completely engages your spirit. Our signature Power 60 utilizes the fundamentals of a true boxer's workout to strengthen and tone your arms, legs, back, core and your confidence.

- Water bottle to stay hydrated
- Towel
- Mat if needed
- Hand wraps
- Gloves, if you own them (gloves will be available for anyone that needs them!)
