She is currently completing her BS in Hospitality & Tourism Management from San Francisco State University. After years in the hospitality industry, she joined the Fashion Institute of Design & Merchandising in 2012 developing special events, community partnerships, and marketing. Nancy also teaches marketing and entrepreneurship in public high school in the Bay Area. We are Centro Community Partners, a local non-profit that provides a step-by-step workshop series to help new and rising entrepreneurs, especially women and underserved communities, create a business plan and prepare themselves for business ownership.
