Join Area Executive Chef Troy Stauffer on Tuesday evening, May 23rd, as he presents an array of composed plates, highlighting the best of the Fairview Dining Room's new Summer menu. Enjoy multiple courses of locally sourced farm fresh dishes, paired perfectly with wine selections on the lower Terrace on the Green. Dinner guests will dine on an assortment of fresh seafood such as Seared Diver Scallops, Chesapeake Crabcake, and Fried Oysters as well as delicious Braised Beef Short Ribs and Zucchini Steak.
The Summer Menu Showcase Dinner with wine pairings is $95* per person and $65* per person without wine pairings, inclusive of service.
