In the Sprit of Mother's Day, Join us for a Mother-Daughter Mini Retreat on Saturday, May 13th from 10am-2pm. The day will begin on the beach together, while you practice building Trust and Connection through a playful and supportive yoga practice. Following your time on the beach, enjoy mimosas, juice or tea and a light lunch in the spa lounge while you enjoy the company of the other women. Engage your artistic side in our craft workshop while weaving naturally dyed yarns, flowers and found objects into a wall or window hanging that will remind you of your time together! The workshop will wrap with a joyful meditation on connection and love. About Your Retreat Leader Rachael Crawford of Embodied Weaving practices and teaches yoga, massage, textiles and dance. She is a daughter and a mother, and a spirited hostess! Registration is limited; please be sure to register early to ensure availability! Following Registration, you will receive a welcome email with location information and a dietary survey. When enrolling, please enroll each attendee individually!
