Home Canning 101- Wednesday, June 7th at the N.C. Cooperative Extension, Carteret County Center, Room 306. This workshop is free but registration is required.
This is a free workshop designed for those who wish to learn about canning as a home food preservation method. This curriculum introduces canning methods and discusses best practices for safe and quality home-canned products. After completing this class, participants will have the opportunity to join a boiling water and/or pressure canning class.
