This class is free for members of the Makerspace. To become a member, sign up at beanpath.org/makerspace! This class will teach you everything you need to know about using and designing for the laser cutters. You will learn fundamentals like vector drawing, material safety, color coding, and focus height, as well as best practices for working in a community shop. You will leave this class with a wooden plaque or table mat. MEMBERS: After this class, you will be ready to do the competency test certificate & qualify to reserve and independently use our Laser Cutter, so you can get to work making keychains, jewelry, boxes, plaques, signs, ornaments, and more!
