The Sonoran desert is the most ecologically diverse desert in North America, being home to more than 2000 species of plants. To highlight that diverse beauty, we've curated an event titled The Sonoran Showcase. A collaboration between some of our favorite brands, local bartenders, their bars, and local purveyors and producers, the Sonoran Showcase will demonstrate the incredible skill of Phoenix's hospitality community as they work with national brands to utilize the bounty of the Sonoran Desert to present a locally minded and intentional cocktail to a festival hosted in the Arizona Sunshine. Partnering with 16 brands and bartenders, our guests will be able to walk around and sample both the creative cocktails and the brand's featured spirit while being educated by their brand ambassador. We have also partnered with one of our favorite local charities, Another Round Another Rally. ARAR is a nonprofit financial and educational resource for the hospitality industry. They provide reimbursement grants and immersive educational scholarships to further the education of historically excluded voices in the community, and supply emergency assistance to those employed in restaurants, bars, and hotels who have fallen on unexpected hardship. The food truck will be open for some tasty bites, and our bar will be serving up local highballs featuring our selected brands and some delicious bubbly mixers from our friends at Big Marble. This is an experience not to be missed!
