Visitors will get a behind the scenes look at White Harvest Farms with White Harvest Farms leadership. The tour includes the WHF Community Garden, Quonset Hut, greenhouse, compost operations, vegetable and cover crops, blueberry, apple, pear, peach, nectarine, plum, persimmon, fig, and grape orchards. There will be opportunities to taste and touch all along the way and you will get to meet and greet with the talented White Harvest farmers!
HOW TO PREPARE? Wear comfortable shoes, a hat and bring a water bottle.
DON'T GET LOST! Look for the white fence surrounding the farm and the high tunnel on the farm site. If you are heading North on Moncrief, the farm is just after you cross the railroad tracks on the left-hand side of the road. If you are driving south on Moncrief, the farm is just after you pass Moncrief Creek on the right-hand side of the road. Once you arrive, turn right after you pull through the gate to park in front of the metal Quonset Hut. Staff are stationed behind the metal building so walk down the sidewalk on the northside of the building to find WHF staff and sign in.
