Mindfulness Session: After the workout, we'll slow things down with a relaxing yoga session. Our experienced yoga instructor, Nikki, will guide you through a series of poses that will help you stretch, strengthen, and balance your body and mind. Financial Wellness: We understand that financial wellness is a crucial aspect of overall well-being. That's why we've included a financial literacy workshop in our event, led by Linh of World Financial System . You'll learn valuable tips and strategies for budgeting, saving, and investing, and you'll leave feeling confident and empowered to take control of your finances. Mindset Session: Next up, we'll dive into a mindset session led by Ericka. This session will focus on the power of positive thinking and will provide you with valuable tools and strategies to help you cultivate a healthy, resilient mindset. Flower Workshop: Finally, we'll finish off the day with a flower workshop led by florist Adrienne of AB Blooms. Tapping into self-love via the power of fresh blooms. You'll learn how to arrange a beautiful arrangement using seasonal flowers that you’ll be able to take home with you. Throughout the event, we'll provide healthy snacks and refreshments from our incredible vendors to keep you fueled and hydrated. We can't wait to see you there!
