We are a branch of NMCAA’s Community Services department. Financial Management Services – or FMS- focuses on your housing status – renter, owner, pre-purchase, foreclosure or homeless, and the expenses tied to it. We work with every customer to create a budget and overcome short term barriers through community resources and education to help you realize your housing goals. For Homebuyer Education, we have a day of learning six topics. We will be covering Are You Ready to Buy a Home? Managing your Money and Understanding Credit. Then we will be covering Obtaining a Mortgage, Shopping for a Home, Protecting Your Investment.
