The Salvation Army of Carroll County is hosting a FREE Community Resource Festival for all people. Whether you are looking for a unique Mother's day gift or are in need of FREE resources with mental health, addiction, family support, educational, and community resources--this fair is for you! We are also hosting a Flea Market corner comprised of Mother's day gifts, vendors/crafts, Gift Basket auctions, and clothing bags you can fill up for just $10.00. The Community festival also has FREE Activities for kids such as a bounce house, outdoor games, arts & crafts, face painting, and delicious food and baked goods for purchase. Get your camera's ready for the Orioles mascot to make an appearance, and a special guest that the kids will love. We also want to give a special thank you to our sponsor, Comcast, for this event! All proceeds from the Community Resource Festival will fund Brass Hat Cafe, which is designed to let families eat dinner together and feel like they are coming to a restaurant or café. With food prices skyrocketing, inflation, and unemployment rates skyrocketing, Brass Hat Cafe is here to help Carroll County residents put food on the table when times are tough.
