The Head and The Heart Tickets
The Head and The Heart was formed in 2009 in Seattle. Since making a name for itself in the industry, the indie band signed with Warner Bros. Records. A total of four studio albums have been released, with the latest being

. Singles from this album include Missed Connection and Honeybee. The Head and the Heart isn't just known for its recordings; the band's live performances continue to enthrall fans with a creative, lyrical approach to music.
A Combination of Smarts and Musical Talent
Josiah Johnson and Jonathan Russell were founding members of the band. Johnson was about to start graduate school in the Seattle area, and Russell was new to the Pacific Northwest himself after moving from Virginia. Soon, Kenny Hensley and Charity Rose Thielen joined the group. Hensley was interested in starting a career in writing musical scores, and Thielen had just returned from studying abroad at the Sciences Po university in Paris. Tyler Williams and Chris Zasche rounded out the group. All of the band members were professionals or aspiring professionals at this time; being in a band was something that could have just been more of a side interest if things developed differently. Ultimately, the individual musicians found success after following their hearts rather than their heads. Though the band members' lives didn't quite change overnight, The Head and the Heart did start garnering a lot of positive attention fairly quickly. The band signed with Sub Pop in 2010 and re-released its debut self-titled album, which was originally sold at concerts and local record stores. After being named Seattle's Best New Band in 2011, the band took the national stage by performing on the television show
