Come join us for our monthly meetup for moms in early motherhood. Our expert guest speaker will be chatting about nutrition in the 4th trimester, during pregnancy and meal prep. You will also get the chance to meet other moms of our community going through the same phase of motherhood as you. Childcare will be provided for toddlers ($15 per kid) and if your Mother's Day doesn't go as planned, you can grab a free 5 minute chair massage! Precrawlers are always welcome but this can also be the excuse you need to leave the kids at home for a few hours if you can! In honor of Maternal Mental Health Month, a portion of the $33 support exchange will be donated to "Climb Out of the Darkness - Worcester." The world's largest event raising funds and awareness for the mental health of new families, and is operated by Postpartum Support International.
