Stroll the historic neighborhood that was home to the late 19th century Napa City “movers & shakers” with master storyteller Tom Kennelly.
“Redwood Row”, named for its avenue of trees, is part of the historic residential district known as the Napa Abajo. The neighborhood developed in the late 19th century as home to influential bankers, merchants, and industrialists of Napa City. Homes were lavish, designed to express the wealth and cultural sophistication of their owners. Most of the homes on the tour derive from European and eastern American domestic architectural styles of the 1850 – 1900s. The Fuller Park/Napa Abajo district is on the National Register of Historic Places.
