The subtle body or energy body is nuanced and sometimes hard to understand. In this one hour class we will pick one small part of the subtle body to nurture with various practices.
You might enjoy breathing exercies, somatics, yin yoga, restorative yoga, meditation, sound healing and guided meditation or yoga nidra.
Each week will be different and will focus on a different portion of the subtle body.
This class is designed to be education as well as deeply relaxing and restoring
