The Seguin Public Library is partnering up with the New Braunfels Food Bank to provide understanding of Diabetes on Wednesday, May 17 at 2p.m. The class will include a hands-on culinary demo and a variety of nutrition, healthy cooking, and exercise topics to better manage or prevent diabetes. Learn about how to better manage or prevent Diabetes. This class does include a cooking demonstration, so registration is required to attend.
