From the attic to the crawlspace, and from the outside facia to the inside wallboard, inspectors encounter a variety of molds in their day-to-day jobs. Kevin Cuyler will be presenting a very informative program on understanding mold, growth patterns, types of mold, remediation of mold techniques, and an inspector's exposure to mold. Owner of Environmental Inspection Dynamics, Kevin has nearly twenty years of experience in managing remediation crews, has performed home and environmental inspections, testing, assessments, site surveys and infrared building envelope scans. We will also be discussing the appropriate types of PPE (personal protection equipment), general safety, and concerns associated with exposure to growth.
